The Pure Classic Stereo + Audio-Technica AT-LP60X bundle brings together two brilliant pieces of kit in one ready-to-go vinyl system, 100 watts of room-filling stereo sound from Pure, paired with one of the best-selling entry-level turntables in the world.

The Pure Classic Stereo is a beautifully designed all-in-one music system with a built-in phono input, making it the ideal partner for a turntable straight out of the box, no separate amplifier, no extra cables, no fuss.

Add the AT-LP60X, connect it to the phono input on the back of the Pure, and you're playing records in minutes.

Beyond vinyl, the Pure Classic Stereo keeps you covered across every source you're likely to need, it has DAB+ and FM radio, Internet radio, Spotify Connect, Bluetooth 5.2, a CD player, USB, AUX and optical inputs.

It's a complete living room audio system that just happens to be a superb record player setup too.

    The LP60X connects to the speakers with the included RCA audio cable. It has a plain black front panel, is fully automatic and will do a great job of playing your vinyl records.

    The LP60XUSB is the same as the standard LP60X with the addition of a USB output allowing you to connect to your PC or Mac to record your vinyl records to digital audio files. This model has a gunmetal grey front panel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a separate amplifier to use a turntable with the Pure Classic Stereo?

No - the Pure Classic Stereo has a dedicated phono/TT input built in, so the AT-LP60X connects directly to it without any additional amplifier or phono preamp. Just use the included RCA cable and set the LP60X's phono/line switch to the correct position for your chosen input.

Whilst the LP60X also has a built in pre-amplifier, we recommend using the one in the Pure Classic Stereo for better sound quality. Set the LP60X's switch to "Phono"

Does the turntable fit on top of the stereo unit?

Yes, the LP60X does fit securely on top of the Pure Classic Stereo unit. So if space is limited then this makes for a nice compact setup.

What is the difference between the standard AT-LP60X and the AT-LP60XUSB in this bundle?

The standard LP60X connects to your stereo system via RCA cables for analogue playback.

The LP60XUSB adds a USB output, allowing you to connect the turntable directly to a Mac or PC and record your vinyl as digital audio files using free software such as Audacity.

The only other difference between the two models is the faceplate. The standard model is black and the USB model is gunmetal grey. Otherwise they are exactly the same.

Note, you don't have to use the USB so if you prefer the look of the gunmetal grey you can still opt for that version if you prefer.

Is the Pure Classic Stereo suitable for a living room or is it better suited to a smaller room?

The Pure Classic Stereo is well suited to a living room or open-plan space. With 100 watts of power delivered through two dedicated passive speakers, each featuring a 6.5" woofer, it has enough output to fill a typical living room comfortably. The two-speaker stereo layout also gives you a proper stereo image that a single-box system cannot match.

Can I listen to Spotify through this bundle without using my phone?

Yes. The Pure Classic Stereo supports Spotify Connect, which means you can control playback from the Spotify app on your phone, tablet, or laptop, but the audio streams directly to the Pure system - you do not need to keep your phone playing or connected via Bluetooth.
