Not quite right? Our Happy Sound Guarantee gives you 60 days to try your new audio gear at home. 

Return it in its original packaging with all accessories for an exchange or full refund. 

Returns are sent at your cost using a tracked, insured courier, and we aim to process refunds within 48 hours of your item reaching us.

If however an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll cover the return costs.

Send us a support ticket with your order number and a clear description of the issue. 

Most problems are solved with a few simple troubleshooting steps, so your item often won't need to come back.

Get Help

Every product comes with a manufacturer's warranty from your date of purchase, and the length is shown on each product page (minimum 1 year). 

If your item develops a fault within 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund or exchange. 

After that, we'll work with the manufacturer to repair or replace it. 

Start by contacting our support team, and we'll arrange a free returns label if the item needs testing.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. 

Haven't received it after 4-5 working days? Get in touch and we'll investigate straight away. 

Please report any missing or incorrect deliveries within 14 working days of the due date.
