About Outdoor Speakers
Bring your garden to life with an outdoor speaker system allowing you to easily stream your favourite music or radio in your garden.
Whether you’re looking for some background music whilst pottering around your garden or something a bit more substantial for garden parties and BBQ fun, you’ll find a suitable speaker here.
There are a few different types of outdoor speakers;
WALL MOUNT SPEAKERS: These are the most common type of outdoor speaker, they can be mounted to your wall, soffits or on garden building structures such as pergolas etc. Wall mount speakers are high quality, available in sizes from 4” up to 8” and most are available in black or white.
ROCK SPEAKERS: If you want your outdoor speakers to blend into your garden then take a look at rock speakers! They are, as the name suggests, shaped like a large rock and can blend discreetly into garden borders, beds and rockeries. Available in a few different sizes, styles and colours there will be a rock speaker to suit every garden.
SATELLITE SPEAKERS: Another great option is the smaller outdoor satellite speakers. These are great for use in beds and borders. You can also get wall mounts to affix them to your wall, soffits or garden structures for a more discreet wall mounted speaker. Finally, you can often hang these speakers as pendants which is perfect for pergolas and other garden structures.
When planning an outdoor speaker system we suggest to go for sound coverage rather than outright power. Spreading 4 speakers over an area will be significantly better than using two larger speakers as you’ll get a much more consistent sound quality at an overall lower volume.

Don’t forget that you’ll also need to power your outdoor speakers with a suitable stereo amplifier connected with outdoor speaker cable. You’ll find a few suitable options here, along with a number of ready to go outdoor speaker systems.
If you want some extra bass then consider adding an outdoor subwoofer into the mix!
