*Express services are available on eligible products and delivery addresses. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch when an eligible express service is selected. For Saturday delivery, order before 3pm on Friday.

The delivery options available for your order will appear at checkout. Mainland UK rates exclude the Highlands and offshore destinations listed below.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Check the delivery information on the product page for the estimated timescale before ordering. Some products have a longer lead time and may not qualify for express delivery.

Standard Delivery

Please allow 2–3 working days, unless a longer timescale is shown on the product page.

Standard delivery is free on eligible mainland UK orders of £50 or more and costs £4.95 for orders under £50.

Express Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday with an eligible express service selected are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next working day.

Orders dispatched on Friday with next-working-day delivery are expected to arrive on Monday. If you select Saturday delivery, your order is expected to arrive on Saturday.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend are processed on Monday, with next-working-day delivery expected on Tuesday.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Bank holidays move these timescales to the next available working day.

Highlands & Offshore Delivery

Additional charges apply to the following destinations. Free standard delivery and premium delivery services are not available in these areas.

Prefer to collect your order? Choose Click & Collect at checkout to collect from our showroom in Lee-on-the-Solent.

We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Please wait for your collection confirmation before travelling , as availability can vary between products.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Tracking Your Order

All delivery orders are sent using a tracked service. We’ll send you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

Use your tracking link to check its progress and view delivery updates from the courier.

Delivery Questions

Why can’t I select express delivery?

Express delivery depends on the products in your basket and your delivery address. If a service is not shown at checkout, it is unavailable for that order.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Saturday delivery is available for eligible orders when selected at checkout. Please order before 3pm on Friday.

Standard and next-working-day services do not include a scheduled Saturday delivery.

Can I arrange delivery for a specific date?

Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. We’ll check availability and help you choose the most suitable service.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver only to mainland UK and the offshore destinations listed above. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or other international destinations.

What if my delivery is late or there’s a problem?

Check your tracking link for the latest update. If your order has passed its expected delivery date, shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
