Delivery FAQs
Order Cut Off Times
Our daily cut-off time for weekday delivery services is 3pm, Monday to Friday.
For weekend delivery, the cut-off time is 3pm on Friday.
If you have urgent or specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
All orders received before 3pm with next day delivery selected are processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Free & standard delivery services are usually processed the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Delivery Tracking
All of our orders are shipped with a tracked delivery service.
You will receive a tracking number from us once the item is shipped, allowing you to keep updated on when the delivery is due to arrive.
Premium Delivery Services
Additional weekday delivery options may be available for an extra charge, such as DPD Pre 12.
Where available, these will be shown at checkout.
If the shipping option is not available at checkout, this means we are unable to deliver the product within that timescale.
Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will usually be delivered the following Tuesday, unless a weekend delivery option has been selected. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will usually be dispatched the following Monday.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. Premium delivery options are not available for offshore locations.
Overseas Deliveries
Currently, we only ship to mainland UK and some offshore locations detailed in the delivery table above.
At present we do not ship outside of the UK. We are currently unable to ship to Europe, Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order 4-5 days after receiving a tracking number, please contact us so we can look into it for you.
Please note that all missing or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 7 working days from the delivery due date. Beyond that point we will be unable to assist unless we can see clear evidence from the couriers that the item was not delivered.
