Delivery FAQ's

Is The Item In Stock?

We keep all of our best selling items in our Gosport warehouse ready for fast deliveries.

On the product pages we have a delivery timer which states the expected dispatch date.

In stock items will have "Express Delivery" options available at checkout.

We also operate a Click & Collect service, if the item you are looking at is available for Click & Collect then it is definitely in stock ready to ship.

If the item shows as in stock but does not have click & collect available then it is usually sent directly from the supplier and usually arrives within 2-3 working days.

Our team work hard to keep all items in stock and available, in the unfortunate event of an item being unavailable we'll get in touch ASAP to discuss our options.

How Much Is Delivery?

All UK orders over £99 have the option for free standard delivery.

Why Has My Order Come In Multiple Packages?

Sometimes you may receive your order in multiple packages at no extra cost.

This is because we often ship products directly from manufacturers or from our separate fulfilment warehouse.

Most commonly all items will be received at the same time however sometimes the deliveries are at different times.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes in most cases as the majority of orders are updated with a tracking number.

We mostly use DPD, Parcel Force & Royal Mail for our deliveries. 

Some items are sent directly from manufacturers and may not include a tracking number however we do aim to provide tracking for the majority of orders.

Do You Ship Internationally?

As of June 2021 we are only shipping within the UK due to Brexit complications.

We are able to ship into Northern Ireland but you will need to contact our team to arrange a quote.

Please be aware that some of the brands we sell are restricted to UK sales only.

Can You Help Me Design My System?

Yes absolutely.

We create a lot of bundles for 90% of scenarios to make it easy to choose.

Are K&B Audio Authorised Retailers?

Yes, we are a real UK company (TECH4 Homes Ltd) with our own warehouse on the South Coast.

We have authorised accounts with numerous UK distributors for top home audio brands.

Every brand available at K&B Audio comes with full support and warranty.

Do You Price Match?

Yes, we will try our best to price match for you - but can't always guarantee it.

Please contact our team and send us a link to a competitors price.

We will price match where possible provided that the competitor is a like for like UK VAT registered company, they must be an authorised retailer and the product must not be on sale or clearance.

Do K&B Audio Offer Installation Services?

At present we do not offer installation services.

Most of our products are designed for DIY or electrician/light trade installation.

Our expert team are here every step of the way to help with technical questions.

Returns FAQ's

What Happens If My Item Is Faulty?

We are here to help. In the first instance please contact our team so we can run through some checks on the phone.

We can then assist with the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

All warranties are with the manufacturer directly, not K&B Audio, however we will assist every step of the way.

Please note that if your item is out of warranty we are unable to help with a replacement.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, we offer an industry leading 60 day returns policy called the Happy Sound Guarantee.

Do I Need Original Packaging?

Returned Items

Yes, if you are returning an item under our 60 day returns period then all items must be fully boxed in all original packaging with all original accessories.

The item(s) must be returned in outer packaging, if you write on or tape up the retail box your return will be declined.

If you return an item in damaged or missing packaging your return will be declined.

If you are returning a turntable, specifically the Audio-Technica LP60X then the platter MUST be removed from the turntable and packaged as per new otherwise it will cause significant damage to the turntable and your return will be refused.

Faulty Items

No, if your item is faulty then provided we receive it back un-damaged and in good condition we do not require original packaging.

My Delivery Is Missing An Item, What Do I Do?

In the rare event that your order is missing an item please contact us in the first instance.

Our warehouse features CCTV cameras over all packing benches so we can easily check parcel contents and advise further.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

If you, or we, cancel and refund an order then your monies are returned to your original payment method.

For credit/debit card this is usually within 3-5 working days and PayPal is usually instant.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of them being received by our warehouse team.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel an order please contact our team on 02393 190955 ASAP.

Our warehouse runs extremely efficiently and orders are usually dispatched within hours of being received so it is vital that you contact us as soon as possible.

If your item has already shipped then unfortunately we are unable to cancel it and the item will need to be returned to us for refund.

What Happens If An Item Arrives Damaged

We package your order securely using sturdy outer boxes and recyclable void fill, but in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item please send a picture clearly showing the damage on receipt to the below details and our team will respond ASAP.

We will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and a replacement item sent to you as soon as possible.

All damages must be reported within 7 days from the order being received.
