Edifier R1280DBs + Audio-Technica LP60XBT + Tangent CD III Turntable, Speakers & CD Player

This vinyl, CD and streaming bundle pairs the Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT turntable with the Edifier R1280DBs active bookshelf speakers and the Tangent CD III CD player, everything you need to build a complete, compact hi-fi system without a separate amplifier.

The Edifier R1280DBs are self-powered active speakers with a 42W RMS built-in amplifier, so there's no receiver or integrated amp to buy.

Connect the AT-LP60XBT via RCA using its built-in phono preamp for a wired vinyl setup, or pair wirelessly over Bluetooth to stream from your phone, tablet, or laptop.

The Tangent CD III slots in via the R1280DBs' optical or RCA input, adding gapless CD playback in a slim Scandinavian-designed unit that takes up barely more shelf space than a CD itself.

A standout feature of the R1280DBs is the Soundfield Spatializer, a one-touch mode that widens the stereo image significantly by optimising each channel and eliminating mutual interference between them, giving a noticeably more open and spacious sound from a compact pair of speakers.

• Soundfield Spatializer: A unique feature of the R1280DBs that creates a wider, more immersive soundstage at the touch of a button, ideal for making a desktop or bookshelf setup sound considerably larger than the room would suggest.
• No Amplifier Needed: The R1280DBs are fully active with a built-in amplifier, and the AT-LP60XBT has an onboard switchable phono preamp, so this bundle connects and plays straight out of the box.
• Bluetooth 5.0 Throughout: The AT-LP60XBT streams wirelessly via Bluetooth with aptX codec support, while the R1280DBs independently accept Bluetooth 5.0 from any phone, tablet, or computer.
• Gapless CD Playback: The Tangent CD III plays live recordings and concept albums with seamless track transitions, a feature many modern CD players miss, and doubles as a digital transport via its optical Toslink output.
• Sub-Out Ready: The R1280DBs include a dedicated subwoofer output with automatic crossover detection, making it straightforward to scale up to a 2.1 system later without changing anything else.
• Multiple Inputs: The R1280DBs accept dual RCA, optical, coaxial, and Bluetooth — so turntable, CD player, TV, and phone can all be connected simultaneously with no need to swap cables.
