You are welcome to place orders all throughout the festive period and we'll get them processed ASAP for you.
Below are our opening hours for warehouse and customer services indicating when you're likely to receive your order.
WAREHOUSE HOURS
We will be shipping all orders up until Thursday 21st December.
However, DPD will not be delivering on the 25th or 26th December so orders placed at this point will arrive after Christmas.
If you want your order delivered before Christmas then we'd recommend that you order before Tuesday 19th December.
The warehouse will be open from 27th - 29th December and shipping where we can, however we cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched within this time.
If you're not in a rush to get your order before Christmas then please feel free to order at any point over the festive period to secure your stock and it'll be processed and dispatched shortly after Christmas.
CUSTOMER SERVICES HOURS
Our emails, live chat and phone lines will be open up until 4pm on Friday 22nd December.
Our emails & phone lines will then be closed from 23rd December and will reopen in the new year on 2nd January.
RETURNS
If you're buying for a Christmas present then rest assured that we have an extended 60 day returns period so you have plenty of time to return if required.
