You are welcome to place orders all throughout the festive period and we'll get them processed ASAP for you.
Below are our opening hours for warehouse and customer services indicating when you're likely to receive your order.
LAST SHIPPING / WAREHOUSE HOURS
The last shipping day for guaranteed* delivery before Christmas is Monday 22nd December - please ensure you select next day delivery if you want it before Christmas.
If the express delivery option is not available at checkout then unfortunately the item will arrive after Christmas.
Our warehouse will be open and shipping up until Wednesday 24th, however beyond the 22nd we cannot ensure your order will arrive before Christmas.
If you want your order delivered before Christmas then we'd recommend that you order by 2pm on Friday 20th December.
The warehouse will be open from 29th - 31st December and we will be shipping where we can, however we cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched within this time.
If you're not in a rush to get your order before Christmas then please feel free to order at any point over the festive period to secure your stock and it'll be processed and dispatched shortly after Christmas.
* Please remember that we are the mercy of the couriers at a busy time of the year, we can guarantee that we'll get it dispatched in time (provided the express delivery option is shown at checkout, and selected) but the couriers do not guarantee their services.

Our emails, live chat and phone lines will be open up until 1pm on Wednesday 24th December.
Online retail is a 24/7 business and, as a small family run business, Christmas is the one time per year that our team can truly have a break so please note that our emails & phone lines will be closed from 25th December and will reopen in the new year on 2nd January.
We will reply to your enquiry as soon as possible in the new year.
RETURNS
If you're buying for a Christmas present then rest assured that we have an extended 60 day returns period so you have plenty of time to return if required.
