The KB Sound Select Star is the original in ceiling speaker solution that combines an FM & DAB+ Radio tuner with Bluetooth wireless streaming.

Out of the box the Select Star can be controlled from the free iOS/Android app allowing you to control the radio tuner and stream music via Bluetooth.

Controlling the KB Sound Select Star is easy from the free iOS/Android app which lets you listen to your favourite FM & DAB+ radio stations or stream music wirelessly via Bluetooth.

This system is perfect for any room of your home including kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and more..

We'd recommend the 5" version for larger kitchens etc. and the smaller 2.5" kit for small rooms such as bedrooms and bathrooms. The choice is yours.

DAB+ & FM RADIO

The key differentiator with the KB Sound Select Star is the built in FM & DAB+ radio tuner which picks up all free to air stations without requiring an internet connection.

APP CONTROL

The KB Sound Select Star amplifier installs above your ceiling out of harms way, you can then take full control with the free iOS/Android app.

From the app you can choose the radio station, adjust the volume and select Bluetooth mode for music streaming.

The app has been designed to be simple and easy to use.

BLUETOOTH STREAMING

Pair your smart phone, tablet or computer and stream your favourite music wirelessly to the ceiling speakers.

ADD ON FEATURES

You can also buy a separate handheld remote control which allows you full control over the system including FM & DAB+ Radio playback, volume control etc. without requiring a smart phone or app.

Please note that the remote control is optional and is sold as a separate accessory which can be bought at the same time, or in the future.

DUAL ZONE CAPABILITIES

Another advantage of the KB Sound Select Star is the ability to add on a sub zone (sold separately) with a separate amplifier which can be turned on and off via the app for true dual zone control.

For example a kitchen & dining room or a bedroom & en-suite.

Both rooms will play the same music & volume at the same time, but you can control which zone plays music at any one time. Up to four sub-zone amplifiers can be daisy chained on one system (Note: All sub-zone amplifiers turn on & off together)
