The DALI SONIK 9 is the flagship floorstanding speaker in the SONIK range, built specifically to fill large rooms with effortless, high-fidelity sound.

It's a speaker designed without compromise. Three 7-inch Clarity Cone™ woofers, a wide-bandwidth hybrid tweeter module, and DALI's patented SMC™ magnet system combine to produce a soundstage of real scale and authority — whether you're running a two-channel Hi-Fi system or using it as the front channel in a large home cinema setup.

The crossover runs at three points — 400 Hz, 2,100 Hz, and 14,000 Hz — across a 2½ + ½-way configuration, giving each driver precisely the frequency range it was designed to handle. The result is a composed, natural sound that holds together just as well at high volumes as it does at low ones.

-   **Triple 7-Inch Clarity Cone™ Woofers:** Exclusively developed for the SONIK 9, these large-diaphragm drivers feature powerful double magnets and a wood fibre Clarity Cone™ structure. The combination minimises resonance, maximises dynamic headroom, and produces bass that extends all the way down to 34 Hz — deep, articulate, and controlled.
-   **Hybrid Tweeter Module:** A 29 mm low-loss soft dome tweeter works in tandem with a 17-element 45 mm planar magnetostatic tweeter, covering the upper frequency range up to 30,000 Hz with exceptional transparency and wide dispersion. Detail that would be lost on lesser tweeters is rendered clearly, even at the edges of the listening area.
-   **SMC™ Essential Magnet System:** DALI's patented Soft Magnetic Composite material sits directly in the voice coil's working zone across all drivers, reducing hysteresis and eddy currents for lower distortion and a more relaxed, detailed midrange performance.
-   **Large-Room Authority:** With a maximum SPL of 111 dB and a recommended amplifier power range of 50 to 300 W, the SONIK 9 is engineered to command genuinely large spaces without strain or compression.
